Cider 3-week kits from Vinoka make 5-6 gallons of cider. Each kit contains cider base plus additional fruit flavor pack. Will make stil or sparkling cider with an alcohol level of 5-6 percent. Recipes are included for 6 gallon batches, or more full flavored 5-gallon batches. Invert, corn or regular sugar must be added.
