From a small brewpub in Cologne, Germany, this yeast works great in Kolsch & Alt style beers. Good for light beers lie blonde & honey. Accentuates hop flavors, similar to the California Ale yeast. The slight sulfer produced during fermentation will disappear with age & leave a super clean, lager like ale. Attenuation: 72-78; Flocculation: Medium; Optimum Ferm Temp: 65-69. |
